2. Artwork & Product Information

All artworks featured on this site are original works created by Joanna. Due to the nature of handmade, organic materials, variations in color, texture, and composition are inherent and should be expected.

Images are presented as accurately as possible; however, color and scale may vary depending on your device or display settings.

Because the works incorporate real botanical materials, they are sensitive to prolonged light exposure. To preserve the color and integrity of the flowers over time, artworks should be displayed away from direct sunlight and strong UV exposure.

3. Sales & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

4. Private Compositions & Commissions

Requests for Private Compositions are subject to availability, seasonal constraints, and material sourcing. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance.

Once a Private Composition is confirmed, specific terms including timeline, pricing, and scope will be agreed upon in writing. Due to the bespoke nature of these works, Private Compositions are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted except in cases of damage during transit. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and documented with photographs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including artwork, images, text, logos, and design elements is the intellectual property of Joanna Koutsos and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright. Joanna retains all rights to reproduce the work for portfolios, exhibitions, publications, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
