Medium
flower petals
Flowers
roses, wildflowers
In this mini piece, I bring together three elements of my artistic process - expressive canvas work, organic floral artistry, and geometric mosaics.
Each piece begins with the canvas, where I build layers of color, texture, and movement to create the foundation. Real flowers - that I grow in my Hamptons garden - are carefully arranged to bring dimension and natural beauty, while individual petals are placed one by one to form a structured mosaic vase.
Three artistic expressions come together in one small, original work of art - where painting, nature, and geometry meet.
Dimensions
9.5 × 9.5 in/25 ×25 cm (including frame)
